PUBLIC NOTICE
DECLARE MUNICIPAL PROPERTY SURPLUS
MILLS DRIVE – PART of BLOCK 27, PLAN IM-511 (PART of PIN 31170-034)
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Wawa proposes to declare Part of Block 27, Plan IM-511, located on Mills Drive, surplus to municipal needs.
As per regulation, Part of Block 27, Plan IM-511, will be sold to the abutting landowner.
The proposed declaration will come before Council for consideration on October 1, 2024, at a regular meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. At the meeting, Council will hear from any person who would like to speak to the matter.
Written comments to be read at the Council Meeting may be sent to Maury O’Neill, CAO, at moneill@wawa.cc or delivered to Wawa Municipal Office, 40 Broadway Ave. prior to September 27th, 2024.
