infrastructure is in place to meet the current and future needs of the Municipality.
The WWMSP uses a 10‐year planning window, extending to 2032 and identified the need and justification
for projects in a way that met Environmental Assessment Act requirements.
S. Burnett and Associates Limited (SBA) was retained to complete a Water and Wastewater Master Servicing Plan (WWMSP) to evaluate current and future water and wastewater requirements and to create a plan to ensure that infrastructure can meet those requirements. This Master Servicing Plan followed
Phases 1, 2 and 5 of the Municipal Engineers’ Class Environmental Assessment Process.
